Quinn showed a great deal of promise at "The Crucible", however she went undrafted in 2014. There were a number of teams considering signing her to a inactive/development contract, but The Phoenix (having not been allowed to be part of the draft as a new team) instead offered Quinn and active fighting role on the teams roster.
