|Current Team||The Corsairs (2012-)|
Haeusler had a disappointing rookie season with the Corsairs, missing the first two matches of the season due to an ankle injury. He returned to action before he was fully recovered, which affected both his performance and recovery time. His final season record was 3-4. He was benched for the semifinal bout that year, and faced Jesse Richards in the championship match. The bout was contested with quarterstaves, and despite Isaac being disarmed early in the fight, he pressed on and refused to yield. He suffered numerous strikes to the legs and ribs, and the marshal was eventually forced to step in and acknowledge a potential blow that Richards could have landed at the base of his skull.
Haeusler fights with reckless abandon, frequently absorbing a lot of punishment even in his victories. He is one of the leagues more resilient fighters, continuing past injuries that would stop many other competitors.
